Hello! I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health concerns. I have a passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma, those with eating disorders, and those suffering from depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy is to create a positive and collaborative environment that will provide my clients with the tools necessary to heal from the past and transform into the people they want to be in the future. I believe therapy should not only focus on the problems that need to be fixed but on how to grow and become the best version of yourself possible. I help individuals do this by using a variety of cognitive-behavioral approaches which focus on the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the present that may be in the way of healing from the past and I have specialized training in EMDR for treating trauma.

I graduated from Franciscan University where I earned both my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and my Bachelor’s in Clinical Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate.
