Greetings and welcome to my “about me” page! I appreciate your search in finding a counselor that is right for you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of South Carolina and Arizona, along with being a National Certified Counselor. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have a wide scope of educational and professional experience treating issues from substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, phase of life changes, relationship troubles, and many more.

I have worked with diverse populations to include: children (ages 3+), adolescents, women and male adults for individual or couples counseling, parent and family systems work, youths and young adults in transition, and counseling for military veterans and families. The therapeutic approach we’ll take will be custom to your needs, your personal strengths, and what you are seeking support towards achieving your counseling goals. I draw from a variety of styles, with study in Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.

I thoroughly enjoy being able to offer clients a quality, professional counseling experience. I believe in the craft of counseling techniques and supporting others to challenge negative and intrusive thoughts. Being a military spouse, I have been happily immersed in many different cultures, as well as recognizing the unique lifestyle military members and their families lead. I have a passion in building family resiliency strategies and working alongside individuals, enhancing their strengths and empowerment to reach life goals.
