Hello! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in South Carolina. My approach to therapy is meeting people where they are and helping them process their experiences to find their way forward. I believe we heal through relationship and I am here to support you in learning how to identify and feel your emotions, determine your needs, and learn ways to communicate your boundaries in a way that feels authentic to you. You are in control of your counseling journey and I am here to help you tap into the strengths already within. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and utilize EMDR to help process traumatic experiences and/or address negative thought processes. I have training in Trauma-Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and have experience as a Mental Health Navigator.

I received my Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina with a specialization in Child, Youth, and Families. I received my undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from the College of Charleston. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health needs. I am an upstate South Carolina native, but I currently call coastal Georgia home. I look forward to working with you!
